Online safety begins with you. Be sure you know what's happening on your PC.
· We will check for antivirus and anti-spyware software, ensuring that they’re up to date and that a firewall is in use
· Check for current Windows OS and security patches
· Check for file-sharing programs, which kids often use to download and share music
· Review a history of websites visited. This is an important precaution since websites of ill repute are a haven for pernicious and annoying intruders
· Check instant messages. Suggestive screen names can attract unwanted attention. Don't use children's last names in E-mail addresses or screen names
· Search Facebook, Google, and other social media for personal information
· Suggest ways to improve your online safety

Service includes the repair, troubleshooting or installation of one software suite (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud etc) and all critical updates. We will also test the software suite for proper functionality.

We are ready to install one PC compatible internal or external hardware device onto your desktop or laptop.

A clean operating system reinstallation will resolve any software issues and make your computer run BETTER THAN NEW!
· We will install or reinstall the licensed version of Microsoft Windows that best suits you and your computer
· Backup your personal and data files, wipe your existing hard drive, and reload the OS
· Restore your files to the original locations
· Install customer software applications, hardware drivers, and critical security updates
· Install customer antivirus and anti-spyware software with current definitions and application updates
